In the case of our OUTSOURCING clients, People Partners is their HR partner, managing all or some aspects of HR on an outsourced basis. Where our clients have an existing HR function but require additional support in certain areas, we offer a CO-SOURCING model. In this case, we provide various services that may not be practical to have in-house. This allows clients to access the expertise of a ‘master-class’ HR Manager on an affordable basis while maintaining an HR presence internally to attend to day-to-day HR matters.

In addition, we provide a project-based or adhoc CONSULTING service based on our client’s needs.
