- Retention strategies (Induction, Career & Succession Planning, Climate Surveys, Exit Interviews)
- Industrial Relations advising and consultation including retrenchment consultations.
All or any of the above interventions can be handled on a consulting basis or as our clients outsourced HR Manager.
